Payroll Error

I am also experiencing this. I just did an update this morning to version 2025.9.1.3, I'm wondering if this has anything to do with it. Did anyone else do this update?

We are aware some customers are receiving an error saying STP not set up when trying to create a pay run. I have raised it to the team and will make sure to provide an update as soon as I have more information.

Same here.  I just replied on another thread about the same thing.

I wonder how we can explain this to the ATO?

I'm sure MYOB won't be the ones having to explain to them why people's payroll data is not getting submitted on time.  

I processed then went to the web reporting centre and sent the repot to the ato from there

I was able to process payroll and then send from online.

yes- nearly every time there is a software update, there is an issue with something

yes, I did it this morning and have the same problem. i think it is an issue with the update

can i process payroll now without declaring and then fix it up later?
