Payroll History

Hi

 

I am not very familiar with Account Right and I am having trouble locating where I can review previous pay runs. I would like to view a history of pay runs and check hours and rates entered for all employees.

 

Do I need to have certain access to the client's file or am I not looking in the right spot?

    All the payruns entered can be reviewed by going to Transaction Journal>>Payroll and filtering by the dates you want to check this information for. 

    Alternatively, if you want to review the pay history individually for every employee, you can go to Find Transactions>> Card and search by date and employee name. Payroll Journal report can be run to get this information in either Excel or PDF format.
