Payroll Liability Payments

Question

Hi there,&nbsp;After spending 2 &amp; 1/2hrs on hold to support then the call dropping out I reaching out to see if anyone can help me (although I think my file is corrupt).&nbsp;I paid child support to Services Australia last week via (payroll pay liabilities) electronic payment (as I do every month) only this time it hung for a while then vanished off the screen. The payment has not arrived in the electronic payments screen so I can pay it and all history on our file for Services Australia has vanished. However, if I search the child support account the transactions are there....HELP!&nbsp;&nbsp;Thankful for any assistance or even a MYOB contact email.&nbsp;Cheers Mel

Hi Mel&nbsp;Just a couple of things to clarify what you are saying&nbsp;You went into pay liabilties in payroll to prepare the child support payment but it got hung up&nbsp;If you go back into that pay liabilities screen for the same time frame does it still appear?If yes - just process againIf no and as you say it doesn't appear in the electronic payment file then it may have gone to a different bank account.&nbsp;Do you know the amount? If you do you could do a search on the amount from banking - find transaction&nbsp;Alternatively have a look at the general ledger account for&nbsp; child support and see what transactions have occurred.It may be that the date was also later&nbsp;Hope these suggestions are useful&nbsp;Lisa
