Payroll OnBoarding

MYOB - Payroll OnBoarding - your new function.

I am sending this to new employees and they are doing the setup but how do I get notified that they have done their setup?      Or do I need to keep looking into Card Files to see when this happens?

Do I still need to lodge Tax File Declarations for each employee?

    Thanks for your post. There isn't a notification once the form has been completed however roughly an hour after the employee has submitted their online form, the employee card will be created for them withing your file. I have however passed this on as feedback to the team. 

     

    Until you're using STP Phase 2, you will need to continue to send TFN declarations to the ATO for new employees. More information on Employee self-onboarding is available on this help article
