Is it possible to change the cheque number on an employee's pay after the pay run has been completed and submitted to the ATO?

    Hi LenatJPS 


    It's not possible to change the cheque number after reporting a payrun, the transaction will need to be reversed and re-entered if you wish to change the cheque number.
