hi, I have a question on STP, and the window that pops up to ATO, when processing payroll.
We have a new person who will be doing payroll. Does that person need to register with ATO/ STP or is myob already registered for all users who have access to same file for payroll. So can the new user simply sign on under their name and use their name to sign the ATO window when payroll is lodged ?

Thanks for your post. Additional users that need to send payroll information will need to add themselves as declarers for STP, our Help Article Add a declarer for Single Touch Payroll reporting has information and instructions on how to do this within your file.
