Two authorised persons happened to authorise an identical payroll report to ATO at the same time in two different georgraphic locations. Both reports have been sent. Do I need to reverse one of them out by doing a reverse payroll entry?

As mentioned by gavin12345, if a second report has been sent to the ATO, you can disregard the first report as it will be replaced by the second report.
