Every time we do our payroll the operation times out and we have to start the over again or input all in small amounts. Very annoying and open to mistakes. Please help.

Really sorry to hear that AccountRight is acting up. We have a Timeout Extender tool that can be run to resolve the issue.
Instructions are listed here. We strongly recommend that you get an IT Professional to assist you if you are unsure on how to run the tool.

The Timeout Extender tool will modify a key file on your computer which impacts the AccountRight software. Because this file is stored on your computer locally, it may have different properties depending on your computer's environment. As all users may have a different setup, we recommend speaking to an IT Professional so that they can assist with modifying it relative to your computer's environment.

Tried the private message and couldn't find it anywhere. So here I am. Can you send some information about what the IT person might have to do. I am afraid to have them touch our MYOB without them knowing what they are doing. Is it something our accountants might be able to do?
