Can a past employee be reinstated easily, by removing the termination date?

 

Then adjust pay rate a s required.

    Thanks for your post.

     

    Yes, employee card can be reinstated by removing the termination date. Then edit the details as required, but something to mention here would be STP reporting. If you're reinstating an employee in the same payroll year they were terminated, you'll need to undo their finalization for STP reporting as this lets ATO know that employee has been reinstated.

      That will make it easy.

       

      He left voluntarily last financial year, so no problem with.
