My myob payroll activity report does not match the prefilled activity statement from the ato.
The amount at W1 is different from the myob report the difference is with the salary sacrifice.
How can this be fixed?

The W1 amount on an Activity Statement should not include the Salary Sacrifice amounts. While the STP Report needs to show Pre salary sacrifice for Phase 2, there is no change to the W1 on Activity Statements, which should be reported as Post salary sacrifice.

So the W1 on the prefilled ato activiy statement is understating the gross amount on the payroll activity report in myob is that correct? I was told by the ato that W1 should include the gross amount before salary sacrifice is deducted.
