Payslip Template Missing
We have just moved our account right to online and all our templates for payslips and invoices etc are missing. Do these need to be recreated or can they be moved over?

The templates shouldn't be missing just by putting the file online, When you say online are you using the web browser version or still using the desktop application.
When you go to Setup > Customise Forms you should be able to check whether your forms which include the correct contact details and company logo/graphics are still within the file. Upon confirming that they are there you can set them as the default form as per the instructions found here: Set the default form when printing or emailing
