Entitlement missing from payslips
It has come to my attention today that the entitlement of banked hours isn't showing on payslips. Annual and personal leave are showing.. The correct entitlement balances (annual and personal leave and banked hours) are showing in our employee card files and on our entitlement balance report so why are banked hours now missing from our payslips? I believe this is only since the start of the new financial year.

You can do this by navigating to the Sales or Purchases tab, depending on the transactions. For each transaction from October 2024, manually enter the details by assigning the appropriate category and GST code. Additionally, if your former software provider is applicable on this link, you can submit a request to MMC Convert.
