Payslips not showing YTD entries for all pay items

I have an employee with 4 types of Pay items (Base hourly, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)

The YTD figures for an item are only showing on the payslip when the item is paid as part of the pay run.   If a pay run doesn't contain an item the YTD doesn't show on the payslip.

So last payslip for the year only contained Base Hourly YTD figure BUT the payroll activity report, all other reports contain the values for all 4 pay items - so everything balances.

Its just the payslip is wrong - employee believed their earnings for the year was as per the base hourly YTD figure.   But their earnings for the year were actually much higher (because she had wages for Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays too) - theyre just not showing on every payslip

Id say technically then the payslip is incorrect and misleading.

    Hi gwsaccountants

By default payslips are set to include all YTD values regardless if there was any hours processed to them on the pay run. It's best to give our support team a shout so we can check out your payslip setup. The quickest way is to pop a support ticket into MyAccount or jump on live chat with MOCA, our online assistant.
