Whenever I try to print a payslip for a staff member, the search result comes up empty. It seems whatever I try, I can't print payslips. They are usually emailed, but if I want to print an older one, nothing comes up in the search.

The likely culprit here could be the Pay Slip Delivery setting. If it's set to To Be Emailed only, pay slips won't appear when you try to print them. To fix this, you can update the delivery status to To Be Printed and Emailed. This way, all pay slips will show in both tabs. You can check this link for more info.
