RDO balance is not showing in the payslips

Thanks for your post.

 

In order for the RDO balance to show up on pay slips, kindly check if the box "Show leave balance in pay slips" is ticked. To check it, go to Payroll > Payroll Categories > Entitlements tab > Click the RDO entitlement > Tick the box "Show leave balance in pay slips" then hit OK. Please refer to the screenshot below.
