If an RDO is not showing up on Year to date Verification report is because an ATO Reporting Category is needed. Make sure that the payroll category RDO has the correct ATO Reporting Category. To do this, go to Payroll > Payroll Category > Select the appropriate tab > Click the RDO payroll category > Check if it has an ATO Reporting Category. If there are none, kindly assign them. However, if you are unsure which ATO Reporting Category to choose, we recommend speaking with your accountant or you can also check The Help Article Assigning ATO reporting categories for Single Touch Payroll reporting.
If changes have been made, process a void pay or send update event. Once done, kindly check the report again and the RDO should show up.
