Re: Finalisation Of Pay

Hi

I am trying to finalise pays and one of the employees - final amount doesn't add up to the Payroll Activity and Register amount.  All the pays entered for the employee are showing as sent and I have checked that I have correctly assigned the payroll categories.  The amount falls short by $1,450 which would be one of the employee's weekly pay.  

Any suggestions on what I could have done wrong would be much appreciated.

    Hi

     

    Just a thought - some reports record payroll on the date paid, and others on the last day of the pay period. Do you ever pay your wages on the day after the period ended?

    Thank you. Yes the pay week was from the 29.06.2023 to 05.07.2023 and the wages were paid on 06.07.2023.
