Re: Super Returned by Super Company AMP Life

is there any way that myob can tell us why the amount was returned? I got one from AMP life as well last week & we have already up dated the usi and abn......

 

would really be good if we could get an error report in superannuation!!!

 

Also i have 2 payments with funds requested and processing payment from February?? why would that be?

    I'll be happy to look into this for you. Can you send me the following information in a private message:

     

    • serial number
    • Company file ID (Help>>About MYOB AccountRight)
    • payment information for returned contribution, ie, date, employee name, amount
    • for the two Feb payments, have the amounts been deducted from the bank account and forwarded to employee super funds?
