I am experiencing the same issue, unable to process first payroll for 2022-23.&nbsp; The system tell me it has timed out.&nbsp; How can I get this resolved?&nbsp;

If you could please reply with the last 4-Digits of your serial number + the Company File ID this relates to, I'd be more than happy to assist with this. (Help&gt;About MYOB AccountRight&gt;Company File ID:__?)

Hi Sam_R,&nbsp;Unfortunatley the fix did not work.&nbsp; I am getting the error 'An application operation has timed out.&nbsp; Would you like to retry the operation?' If I accept Retry it just loops back again.&nbsp;RegardsJo-811&nbsp;&nbsp;

Could you please close down the software, then reopen it and try the process again?
&nbsp;
