Unable to process first payroll for 2022/23

I need help please.  I am having payroll issues.  I cant process the first pay for the 2022/23 year.  It keeps coming up with this error.

last 4 digits of my seriel number is 8429 company file id 2

    Hi Mary18,

     

    Thanks for your post. 

     

    I've just run the script over your file to resolve this, you should be able to process your pays.
