Hi RubyphamAU,
If the option to request employee details is missing or greyed out, it's worth checking if those employees have been marked as inactive or have a termination date set on their card. That usually does the trick! If you reckon they shouldn't be inactive and need to bring them back to life (so to speak), here's a handy guide to help you reactivate them: Deactivating or reactivating employees.
