For the last couple of months my bank reconcilliations show a persons address instead of the name next to the salary payment. I've tried to return it to the persons name to no avail.

Sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. We are aware of this particular situation occurring when running this report. This is something that we have passed on to the required team for further investigation and resolution.
In the meantime, a potential workaround that you could do would be to use the Customise feature which lets you add, remove and reorder the columns in your report.
To display the Employee Name field on the Banking Reconciliation Report, Go to Reports > Banking Reconciliation Report > Display Report > Insert/Modify > Show/Hide > Highlight Name > Show > OK
