I have an employee that has been with us for over 10 years now. I never set up Long Service Leave for him (or any of my employees for that matter). How do I work it out please. We are on 38 hours and he is on an Salary Pay basis not hourly. Thank you

Great question getting long service leave sorted for your team member who’s hit the 10-year mark. To set it up, you can check this link about long service leave. For a salaried employee, make sure the Calculation basis is set to Equals [x] Hours per Year so it accrues correctly. If you need help working out the exact hours or any state-based rules, it’s best to check in with your accountant.
