SMSF didn't receive super payment over 4 weeks

After 40mins wait on the phone without any help , hopefully this post could get me some answers.

 

We've processed September 17 quarter super payment as usual via Superstream , funds were deducted out of the bank account on the  24 October 17. Couple of our staff who are with SMSF did not receive their super payment which was cleared from the bank account nearly 4 weeks ago. 

Please note their super details have not changed and we haven't received any funds bounced back in our bank account. 

 

I have attached the SMSF details for your investigation. 

 

Please let me know the steps to resolve this issue.

    Sorry to hear you had trouble reaching us. I've checked with our transaction service team, who can see that the payment has been successfully sent to the nominated accounts. I've sent you a forum private message with the reference number information attached. The message can be found by clicking on your avatar from the top right corner, then click on the mail icon.

     

    If the nominated SMSF bank account are employees' bank accounts, I'd suggest do double check to make sure the bank account details are correct. If the payments were sent to a SMSF fund admin, then please do chase the funds with them using the reference number. There can be a delay between when the payments were received, and when they are allocated to employee accounts.
