Staff details on Flare

Hi, We have a very anxious employee who started recently as she downloaded the Flare app as prompted by the MYOB portal when she was providing her details. 

As an employer, we are not aware, that new employees will be prompted to download the Flare app and provide their details to Flare. This is not right as we should have been informed that this will happen, so we can opt out if we want to. I have been reading about this, just now, when it was brought to my attention.

My urgent question for now is what would be the quickest way to get Flare to delete the our staff's information. I would like to resolve this as quick as possible.
