Hello,
The standard pay details saved for each employee are showing as nil when I try to process payroll. I have checked the employees' cards, they're right. And I have cleared my cache and re-installed AccountRight.
It isn't showing when other users log-in either.
How can we fix this?

I apologize for not responding to this post immediately. If you're still having issues with this, can you please clear your AccountRight cache, once cleared, can you do a test pay run and see if the amounts/details appear?
