still getting errors when submitting forms to ATO with a nil balance payslip due to staff member having 2 super funds.

I'm sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. So that I can assist can you please provide screenshots of the error codes you are getting for those STP reports.
You can use the Microsoft snipping tool to create screenshots and click on Photos to upload. Make sure sensitive information is removed from screenshots prior to posting on the Forum.

Thanks for that information. For that particular error code, if you're able to complete the pay run and declare it to the ATO, there's nothing else you need to do.
If you're not prompted to declare the pay run, go to the STP reporting centre>>Reports tab>>click on that report and click Send to ATO.
