STP amount different from EOFY finalisation

I'm adding one pay for a same employee in a week to add up missing holiday payment. So this employee has two pay slips in a week.

 

Her amount of EOFY finalization is aligned with the amount we actual pay to her. But total STP amount is missing this second pay. In the updating shows ATO received is zero effect. 

 

Shall I still need do anything to fix the STP report if I manually enter the correct amount in latest IAS? And I just need finalize employee report after Jun 25.

  • Recommend to check that the termination unused holiday pay has an ATO category assigned.
    if not, assign the category and run an STP update event in the STP centre

    Thank you for your reply.

    Yes, I've updated unused holiday pay now. 

    Sorry, just wondering how do I run an STP update event in STP centre? It's the green button? 

    Or, our next payroll is Tuesday? Can I run together at once? 

    BTW, for Apr IAS of PAYG, can I mannually enter numbers to aligned with MYOB month total? Many thanks.

    Yes that is the greed button to update the new ato category for STP
    Recommend to run this before your next payrun to ensure this has resolved the termination issue.
    As for amending an IAS manually, yes you can override the figures imported.
