STP Event

Hi 

 

Is there any reason the STP event would be zero for all the weeks per attached because we paid staff each week and normaly you would see the gross wages and tax total?

    Hi JessicaZFS 

     

    Generally, when an update event was sent and have been accepted by the ATO, it will really show as $0 amount when you check the STP reports tab. However, you can always check the Payroll Register Detail and Payroll Activity Detail Report to make sure that each employee has the correct figures. The Help Article End of year finalisation with Single Touch Payroll reporting will provide you with all the available information.
