STP finalisation not balancing due to 2 x terminated employees

When I was doing checks to get ready for STP finalistion I have found that the Payroll Summary does not match the STP Verification report.

I have found that the errror is 2 employees that have been terminated. Their total wages and super are showing on the Payroll Summary but not on the STP Verification.

I have gone in to try and remove termination date, reacitivate, send update event and re-enter termination date but the employee tab in the cards list is greyed out and I can not select.

How can I fix this error?

    Hi

     

    It will be greyed out but you can double click on it and it will open

    I have tried to double click on it and it won't open. I can go to Customer, Supplier and Personal tabs, but not the Employee tab (screenshot attached).

    I see what you mean

     

    Do you have limited access to myob or are you admin?

     

    that's the only thing I can think of

     

    other than that perhaps a moderator could help you

    Thanks Lisa. I did have access last week and now it has greyed out a few areas.
