To address this issue, I recommend first checking if the reversals were processed correctly within MYOB payroll reports, such as the payroll activity, payroll register, and the YTD verification report under the EOFY finalization tab. This will help confirm that the reversal has been reported through the STP section. If the reversals are not showing, please include a screenshot of the payroll activity reports for that particular employee pay reversal.
