STP NEW USER

we are getting the following message when trying to have one of our employees to Single Touch Reporting - can you please advise how to fix this?

 "We couldn't check your payroll information for Single Touch Payroll Reporting"

 

We have multiple users that are able to access - it is just one user and she is not set up and differently to other users?
