STP Not available

MYOB, please don't just fix it and sday nothing, you need to send everyone a message when it is fixed and explain what they need to do to submit the STP. I have had to run a payroll without submitting and therefore need to to be kept up to date when it is fixed. I think its unresonable to just say when it is fixed on the status hub. I don't have time to log in to this every hour to check. Please send an update and how to submit missed STP when it is resolved.

Looks like there is an issue, it is now listed as an incident on the MYOB Community Connect.  They're in the process of trying to resolve it now.

Yes it is not working using the Desktop version however it reports correctly by lodging through the Web Browser.

Well said!  We pay support with MYOB, but somehow, we have to log in to the forum to resolve issues ourselves. STP not working is a stressful situation for all.

i absolutely agree. They need to put this on the front page of their website or something so we can see we are not the only ones having this issue.

Ours is down also. Our POS and EFTPOS providers promptly send out error and outage messages. Why do I have to research what this problem is ? MYOB has our email addresses doesnt it ?

Its now 1.30pm Eastern Daylight Savings Time and its still not working.
