STP reporting issue the same as everbody else

STP reporting issue the same as everybody else....since updating to 2022.8...and this is not a Windows problem.

The payrun is not appearing in the STP Reports.....error received each time tried.

A response from MYOB please.....

    Hi Anita_Humphreys,

     

    Our teams are currently investigating several reports from customers encountering the "Something went wrong at our end" message when accessing the Payroll Reporting Centre. We are seeing this occur in the desktop edition of AccountRight.

     

    The current workaround is to ensure that your company file is stored online and to use the web browser versionWhile this is not involved in the situation and related to it, it is worth mentioning that for Single Touch Payroll (STP v2) reporting you do need to store the company file online. The deadline for Single Touch Payroll v2 is 1st January 2023 - which is coming up soon.

     

    As this is very much an ongoing investigation I do not have any further information that I can provide for a resolution and timeframe of that. Once we know more we will update you. 

    In the meantime, we are wanting to know what version of Windows people impacted by this situation are using and whether they have had any recent Windows updates installed. This is passed onto the required team to help diagnose the situation impacting users.

      We use Windows 10 and no updates have occurred.

      Please advise when a fix has been implemented.

        No, we did not get the answer required.

        The problem still exists, and there has been no helpful response from MYOB.

        No Windows is not the problem, and no you do not have to have your file online.

        Everything worked well up to the MYOB update 2022.8.0

        Please refer to the MYOB forum, many users are having the same issue.

        This issue needs to be rectified asap.

        A response that provides a fix would be appreciated.
