STP reporting issue

Hi All

 

Did anyone else an issue while using AccountRight Plus for payroll that the STP report didn't sent through since it's a new financial year.

 

According to our records last year seem to have the similar situation. Is there a way that we can work to avoid similar discruption in the future.

    Thanks for your post. I've checked the ticket number and can see your issue has been resolved by the team after running a fix script. If you experience any further problems, please raise another case and the team will be able to help!
