STP setup not working

STP get started not working
Set up Single Touch Payroll reporting
when I click get started button, I get an error

Something went wrong refresh browser (doesn't work)

or contact MYOB.  I have contacted MYOB but have now been waiting for over an hour and still on hold.  Hoping someone can help me online.

    Hi there egsc,

     

    To resolve the error, "Something went wrong. Try refreshing your browser; if the issue persists, contact MYOB support," here are a few steps you can try to resolve this:

     

    • Check General Payroll Information: Go to Setup > General Payroll Information and ensure that a default super fund has been selected. Update any other necessary details.
    • Set Up Employee Card File: Make sure that at least one employee card file is set up. You can do this by navigating to Card File > Cards List > Employee
