STP wrong after payroll reversal - Help needed

I did an incorrect payroll earlier at the beginning of August.  A week later I reversed the payroll (not deleted) and MYOB looked correct. However, I went to do the Installment Activity Statement and the pre-filled value still has the reversed payroll.

The STP reporting from the ATO website (accessed from the IAS), says the MYOB Update had no effect on the payroll. The record exists on the correct date with Event Type of "Update" a GUID for the Submission ID, and BMS "MYOB-[GUiD].

It looks like MYOB sent an update but for some unknown reason didn't subtract the reversed payroll.

What do I do now (given we are into the next month, and the IAS needs to be completed)?

    Hi
Recommend checking in the STP reporting in EOFY finalization that the YTD verification report reconciles to your payroll summary report
If all ok, as you reversed the payrun, did you enter a new payrun of the same date?

This was not EOY (as that was all fine). This was done in August (last month).

And no, didn't enter a new payrun. Basically, we paid the wrong person so this was just a reversal on that date and it shows (as stated above) as an "Update" but with no amounts (as expected).

I'd have expected that in STP it would say -ve amount for Gross Payment. Instead, it is just empty (not even $0.00).
