Super error

Please disregard my previous question about payroll, flagging two employees with the same name and information to pay superannuation.

After further research, it was found there are actually 2 employees cards with the same name and information, one is set as inactive and the other one as active. My question is now: how can I delete one of them to enable to process his superannuation.

Is there any other way to fix this error?

    Depending upon the version you are using, it's generally a case of going into the Employee Card and clicking on Delete at the bottom of the screen or Edit, Delete Card if you are using AccountRight. If the card won't delete because of an historical transaction, then change the name to something that is obviously invalid such as "DO NOT USE" or even just a ".".
