Super Guarantee Not Showing on Payslips

I have just noticed that the Super Guarantee is not showing on almost all of my employees payslips for the last 7 weeks.  The boxes on their card files are ticked to show SG on their payslips and nothing has been amended or changed for these employees. I cannot see why all of a sudden it is no longer showing the super amounts. All employees are earning above the threshold per month.

    Help Article: Checking and adjusting superannuation is a good one to start with regard to superannuation calculations.

    In saying that, I would be starting with checking out the calculation basis to ensure that all employees are covered (i.e. is it a percentage of gross wages) --- Payroll>>Payroll Categories>>Superannuation>>Select the category. Along with that, are there any limits set?

    If those are set appropriately if you go to Payroll>>Employees>>Select the employee>>Payroll details>> Pay history-- Show Pay history for that particular month do you have an amount listed for that category? If so, is higher than the calculation basis of the category?
