Super Refund

Hi,
I received notice that an employee updated their fund and is no longer in the fund we had in the system.
As I process the superannuation through MYOB and our bank account is direct debited, will we receive a refund to our elected bank account to be able to redeposit the super into the correct super fund?
Also, how will I process the super again noting once it is processed through the MYOB 'superannuation', the amounts will no longer show up to be processed.

    Thanks for reaching out. and Welcome to the Community Forum!

     

    In regards to the refund, you'd want to confirm those details with the fund directly, however, in almost every case the refund is returned to the bank account that made the payment. 

     

    Once you do receive the refund, you'll need to follow the steps below on how the super payment will need to be reprocessed:
