Welcome to the Community Forum!
I see that your superannuation monthly payment is marked as complete in MYOB AccountRight, but it hasn't been deducted from your trading account. Sometimes, super payments get dishonored, but don't worry, we'll sort this out. To help you further, please send me a private message with these details:
- Serial number
- ABN
- Super payment amount
- Screenshot of the current payment status in the Manage Payment window
I'll investigate this and update you on the progress.
