Superannuation Verification not working

I am setting up a new Pay Super account - we have received the 0.01c into our bank account and now MYOB wont accept the 6 digit verification code. It says 'sorry we're not ready to verify your bank account at the moment, please try again later'.

This message is same for days.

  • Hi, I have the similar problem. I am trying to set up pay super, but I never receive the verification code. Anyone can help, thanks in advance :)

    Hi XKK

     

    There are several reasons why the super verification might fail. Fixing the super verification code requires support to check the specific super setup. I recommend contacting our team by creating a support ticket from the MyAccount window or using live chat through MOCA.
