Superannuation

Hi

I have a quick question.

When MYOB calculates superannuation for the month, is that according to the pay date?

Our next pay period is 26/7/21-1/8/21, pay date 2/8/21.

Will this pay be in August?

    Hi Bombergirl2000 

     

    For calculation, recording, and reporting the system will use the payment date of the transaction.


    With your example, the payment date is 02/08/2021 as such this would be treated as part of August for superannuation calculations, recording and reporting.
