The ATO does not have a way to correct any settings on AccountRight. They will only be able to either accept or reject your reports (with error details) sent to them through STP. If you see that some of the settings have changed, you can change it back again to the correct one before your next pay run. Since this is a live file, changes made are immediately done or seen as well for other users who are using this file. For this reason, you can check if someone else in your file is also making changes to some settings.
