Pay Super TFN Issue

I've just started to use Pay Super, and have encountered a couple of issues. The one that I need help with is the TFN issue. 

 

One of my employees is a pensioner, so his TFN is entered as 444 444 444, as required for STP. However this is causing an issue when it comes to paying super, as I am getting the invalid tax file number error. 

 

Is there a simple workaround for this?

    Hi LizGayle 

     

    The simply workaround is to have the employee provide their actual TFN. While as a pensioner they might not be required to provide there TFN for PAYG purposes (and employer can use 444 444 444 instead) - they are for super purposes.
