Hi kevinplasmach,
Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community Forum.
My apologies for the late response. To log in to your STP portal, you can follow these steps based on the information available:
- Navigate to your site's configuration settings.
- Look for the 'Common Settings' option, and then go to 'Licensing'.
- Here, you should find an option to 'Enable/Disable Features'. Make sure the STP checkbox is checked.
- Once this is done, you should see the 'Single Touch Payroll' tab in the 'People' section under 'Configuration' > 'Setup' > 'Payroll Preferences'.
- Try to put a tick mark on the 'Enable Single Touch Payroll Reporting' checkbox. If an error about SBR registration shows up, you will need to go to the 'SBR Registration' tab to request a software ID for the main company.
You may also check out this helpful article and connect to the ATO for single-touch payroll reporting. This will give you full, detailed information and instructions on connecting to the ATO for STP using MYOB.
Do let me know how it goes.
Otherwise, if my response has answered your inquiry, please click "Accept as Solution" to help other users find this.
Kind regards,
Shella
