I have a new employee who has listed UNIQUE SUPER FUND as their super but it is not on the list in MYOB https://super.myob.com/super_products.html
https://superfundlookup.gov.au/ has it listed with the USI 25025763909001and correct name but it is not on MYOB
What can I do to fix this?

I understand your concern about the "UNIQUE SUPER FUND" not being listed in MYOB products. This is because if the missing super fund type is a "Small APRA Fund," it will not be added to the MYOB products or SUPER DUPER. There are around 8000 small APRA funds that are not supported through MYOB.
The reason for this is due to the complexity and diversity of these funds. Each of these small APRA funds has its own unique set of rules and regulations, which makes it challenging to standardize and integrate them into our system. I would recommend reaching out directly to the superfund on how you can proceed with the employees’ contribution to their fund.
