Unprocessed Timesheet won't disappear

Question

Hi There,&nbsp;We have an unprocessed timesheet sitting in myob when running the unprocessed timesheets report, however when I go to that employee's timesheet for that week end 04/03/2025 there is no unprocessed hours for that employee that I can see. I'm not sure how this has happened. I have tried processing a void pay dated the same date as the timesheet but that has not fixed the issue. Is there any way to clear/delete this unprocessed timesheet?&nbsp;PDF Pictures attached for reference.&nbsp;thank-you.&nbsp;

Looks like your issue with the unprocessed timesheet might be a bit tricky to solve here. Your best bet would be to reach out to our support team for a thorough investigation.
