Update to wages rate causing change to 'base hourly' hours in standard pay

The old thread above is closed, but it appears this issue hasn't been solved yet?

('Base hourly' hours in standard pay, which have been set to NIL, revert to hours in pay period when pay rate is updated.)

Needs at least a warning PLEASE because of the potential to overpay!
