Hi AccountsFire,
Thanks for posting your concern in the forum.I'm sorry to hear about your issue with reversing normal hours. If you need to adjust the accrued pay super, you can create a void pay but you will need to manually enter the amount on the superannuation guarantee pay category. As this does not automatically calculate. I recommend reading through this article, Fixing a Pay. This will provide you with further insight into the process.
Let us know if you require any clarifications or further assistance.
Thanks,

Thanks Genreve, I know how to correct the problem, just wanted to highlight the fact that it is not working how it should and alert MYOB to fix the problem.
How many people don't realise it is happening, you expect it to work!!
I expect it to be fixed in the next Update, this should not happen in the first place, it should work.

Thanks for the response.
We appreciate the insight. The Superannuation is not calculated on negative hours instead it is calculated based on gross pay. This is set up like this by design. If you feel this should work a certain way instead of how it is now, I recommend posting this as a suggestion on the Ideas Board, so the development team could see this.
Regardless, feel free to create a new thread if you require any other assistance.
Thanks,
Genreve
